How do you maintain the quality of the fixtures?
We ensure high-quality fixtures by using good-quality steel purchased from regular steel agents. All steel materials come with a specification sheet. Additionally, we conduct a full dimension inspection after the machining process is completed. Before starting mass production, we also ship one piece to the customer for testing purposes.
What CAD file formats do you accept?
We accept X-T and STP file formats for CAD drawings. These formats are suitable for us to review and work with during the manufacturing process.
How is the shipment handled?
For small parts, we ship them via DHL or FedEx, which ensures fast and reliable delivery. In the case of large-sized cargo, we handle the shipment through a forwarder. We offer various shipment terms such as EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and DAP (Delivered at Place) to accommodate different customer preferences.
